Frank Dullaghan
Founder and Managing partner
Frank holds a BA in Economics from University College Dublin and an MA (Distinction) in Writing from the University of South Wales. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and has held various accounting, finance and consulting roles in the first 10 years of his career, including group financial accountant with Hayward Tyler Ltd. UK, and senior management consultant with PWC. In 1987 he joined Leman Brothers International, London, holding various senior operational and compliance positions, culminating in the position of head of compliance Europe in 1997. He left Lehman in 2000 to take on the position of COO with an EO plc and an international online financial company. In October 2002, he co-founded Libertas Capital Group plc, a small internal corporate finance company that serviced the SME business sector, holding positions of Group COO and later, CFO. He was also COO and head of compliance for Dunamis Capital, UAE. Currently, Frank is the director/founder of Drummond and Smythe, a management consulting and advisory company based in the UAE. He has extensive experience in business development, compliance and control infrastructures, investor relations, and in managing risk with small companies. He is a member of the Audit Committee of Ethiad Capital, a fund management company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has held board positions with listed and unlisted companies. He currently lives in Dubai, UAE.
Raphael Tham
Founder and managing partner
Mr. Tham Wai Mun, also known as Raphael, has been an Executive Director in charge of Corporate & Business Development of a Singapore mainboard listed company, since July 29, 2013. Mr. Tham also served as the Chief Executive Officer of a London AIM listed company until May 2013. He has experience in various businesses within the technology, construction, retail and finance industries and is involved in general management, strategic development, mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate restructuring. He has strong technology industry credentials and is an experienced business strategist, having held senior positions with a number of successful companies in Asia and his skills and experience include establishing and working with start-up companies, running operations and projects, driving sales and profits and restructuring and streamlining operations. He served as a Director of Asia Games and Media Private Equity Fund Pte Ltd and runs his own corporate finance consultancy, Augrains Capital Pte Ltd; Mr. Tham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the National University of Singapore. He currently lives in Singapore.
